This is a plain-English note about what mini. collects, why, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, email getminiai@gmail.com.

If you fill in our form

We collect what you type: your name, company, phone number, email, role, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use it only to get in touch with you about mini. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

If you call the demo line or a line we run

Calls are answered by our automated assistant. To run the service and check that it's working properly, calls are recorded and transcribed by the voice provider we use, and a summary of each request (for example the address, the problem described and a callback number) is logged and sent to the property management company the line belongs to.

• Call records are kept for up to six months, then deleted.
• They are seen only by the property management company whose line was called, and by us, to run and improve the service.
• The demo line answers for a sample company. Please don't share anything sensitive on it.
